Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be directed to Google Checkout.

Google Checkout is an online payment processing service provided by Google aimed at simplifying and protecting the process of paying for online purchases. You can shop with confidence as their fraud protection policy covers buyers against unauthorized purchases made through their site, and they don’t share your purchase history or full credit number with sellers. Lastly, you can keep your email address confidential, and easily turn off unwanted emails from stores where you use Google Checkout.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping Information

Shipping and Handling is provided by UPS ground service. We charge a flat shipping and handling rate of $12 per bike and $8 per helmet.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Products will be shipped via UPS ground service. Transit times are approximately 2-3 business days to the West Coast, 3-4 business days to the Midwest and South, and 4-5 business days to the East Coast.

How can I track my shipment?

If you have not received your order within the timeframe outlined above, please contact us (info@tykerider.com) and we will provide you with the shipment status.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted, at your cost, within 30 days of purchase for any goods that remain unopened and in new condition for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. In the case of a defect, please return any item to us together with a copy of your proof of purchase. These items will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned to you.

Product Assembly

A small amount of assembly is required, but it is simple and quick. The instructions should be easy to follow, but please contact us if you are having any difficulty and we will promptly provide some assistance.
